TERRA MIA SKI ON ME PROGRAM RULES, GUIDELINES and REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

By participating in the Terra Mia Ski On Me Program you agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the participating resorts. Once your Ski On Me punch card has been validated and received by a Terra Mia employee you are eligible to schedule the day you would like to use a pass at the Resort. Dates of availability are on a first come first serve basis and there are a limited number of passes available each day so be sure to plan ahead and check with the Manager of Terra Mia for available dates.

In order to redeem your Ski On Me card for a ski pass you must do the following:

• Give your punched Ski On Me card to a Terra Mia employee and provide them with your name, phone number and email address
• They will provide your information and completed punch card to the Terra Mia Manager so that he can coordinate the scheduling of your ski pass
• Email the Manager of Terra Mia at scodarin@terramiaonline.com and provide:
• FULL NAME
• PHONE NUMBER
• PHYSICAL ADDRESS
• EMAIL ADDRESS
• DRIVER'S LICENSE NUMBER
• THREE PREFERRED SKI DATES IN ORDER OF YOUR PREFERENCE
• The Manager of Terra Mia (Samuel Codarin) will match your information with that on the Terra Mia validation sheet, check available Ski/Snowboard dates, secure the first requested date that is available and will send you a confirmation email with the details about how the pass is to be picked up and dropped off.
• If you have friends and family members that are also participating in the Ski On Me Program you may validate and redeem passes together for use on the same day, limited up to 4 passes in one day, based on availability.
• Passes are picked up and dropped off at the Season Pass Ticket Office at Sundance Ski Resort, located just to the left and behind the Main Day Pass Ticket Office.
• Passes can ONLY be picked up by the person whose name is on the Terra Mia validation form and the confirmation email received from the Terra Mia Manager.
• When picking up the pass(es) you must present the Sundance Resort staff with your Driver's License in exchange for use of the pass(es). Upon returning the corporate pass(es) at the end of the day your Driver's License will be returned to you.
• Your corporate pass will be under one of the following two business names, which will be specified in the confirmation email received from the Terra Mia Manager: 1) Utah Travel Company 2) Globalization Group, Inc. (GGI)
• Passes MUST be picked up between 9 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of redemption and MUST be returned NO LATER THAN 4:45 PM on the day of redemption.
• If any pass is lost or not returned you will be subject to a $150 replacement fee, payable to Utah Travel Company, and your Driver's License will not be returned to you until the replacement fee has been paid.
